Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at manager@petsrsmarter.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
